Hunter Henderson owns Georgia's Best Property Masters and works in it. He grew up working alongside his father, Brandon Henderson, and he learned the trade the way it actually gets learned, on the job with a man who cared how it turned out.
That is still how the company runs. Hunter answers the phone. He walks the property and writes the estimate himself. When the crew is on your lot, he is the one accountable for how it looks when the truck pulls out.
GBPM is licensed and insured and estimates are free. The work covers the whole property: mowing contracts, beds and pine straw, paver patios and retaining walls, French drains, sod and irrigation, decks and screened-in patios, junk hauling, and interior and exterior remodeling. One call, we do it all, with 10+ years of trusted service behind it.
Home is Acworth, in northwest Cobb County, and we take work across the rest of Georgia.

Five Things That Do Not Change
Hunter names the same five principles every time he is asked how this company is run. They are the reason customers get the same answer from the owner and from the crew.
Faith
Faith is the first principle Hunter names when he talks about how this company is run. It sets the standard for how customers get treated, how the crew gets treated, and what happens on a property when nobody is watching.
Family
Hunter learned this trade from his father, and the standard Brandon set is the standard the crew works to.
Integrity
You get the scope and the price in writing before anything starts. If something changes on the job, you hear it from us that day, not at the bottom of the final invoice.
Quality
Walls get a compacted base and drainage stone behind them. Rails get fastened so they do not move when somebody leans on them. Cutting everything but corners is the rule here, not a slogan.
Hard Work
Georgia summers are hot and red clay is heavy. The crew still shows up, still loads the debris and hauls it off, and still blows the walks and the drive down before the truck leaves.

A mowing guy, a hardscape guy, a drainage guy and a carpenter is four sets of phone tag and nobody responsible for the whole property. GBPM does all four, so it is one call and one crew.

Hunter walks the property himself, measures, checks the grade and where the water goes, and puts the scope and the number in writing before anything starts. That visit is free.

The crew that starts your job finishes it. Debris gets loaded and hauled off, and the property gets blown clean. You should not be able to tell we were there except for the work.
More Than a Business
My name is Hunter Henderson, and Georgia's Best Property Masters is more than just a business to me. It's a continuation of the values and work ethic I was raised around.
I grew up working alongside my father, Brandon Henderson, learning that doing good work is important, but how you treat people matters even more. My dad taught me the value of hard work, keeping your word, building relationships, and taking pride in everything you put your name on.
After unexpectedly losing my father in January of 2026, I made the decision to keep moving forward and carry those lessons with me. Through one of the hardest seasons of my life, my faith, my family, and this business have given me purpose and something meaningful to continue building.
Today, I'm proud to lead Georgia's Best Property Masters with the same principles I was raised on: faith, family, integrity, quality, and hard work. We aren't here just to complete a job and collect a check. We're here to build relationships, earn trust, and leave behind work that my family, my team, and most importantly, my dad, would be proud to put our name on.
This is more than a business. It's a legacy, and we're just getting started.
