Pressure Washing in Acworth and Across Georgia
Pressure washing for houses, driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks and fences. We wash off the dirt, mildew, pollen and red clay stains and match the pressure to the surface, so the concrete comes out clean and the siding and wood come out undamaged.
What we wash
- House siding: vinyl, brick, fiber cement and painted wood
- Driveways, sidewalks, walkways and curbs
- Concrete and paver patios and pool decks
- Wood and composite decks, rails and steps
- Wood and vinyl fences
- Retaining walls, steps and stone borders
The right pressure for the surface
Concrete can take a lot of pressure. Vinyl siding, painted wood and old mortar cannot. Hit a deck board with the same tip you use on a driveway and you raise the grain and leave marks that do not sand out. So the pressure and the tip get matched to whatever is being cleaned. On siding we use low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills the mildew, instead of blasting at it.
Georgia grime
Spring pollen turns every flat surface yellow-green. Shaded concrete and the north side of the house grow mildew and algae that come back every year. Red clay splashes up onto the foundation and the bottom rows of siding every time it rains hard. None of it is permanent, and most of it comes off in one visit.
Before a stain, a sale or a season
Washing is the first step before sealing a driveway, staining a deck or fence, or painting. It is also the cheapest way to make a house look cared for before you list it. If we are already on the property for a cleanup or for fence staining, the wash goes on the same visit.

Pressure Washing FAQs
Will pressure washing damage my siding or deck?
Not when the pressure is matched to the surface. Siding and painted wood get low pressure and a cleaning solution. Concrete gets more. Wood decks get a wide tip held back from the boards so the grain does not lift.
How often should a house be washed in Georgia?
Most houses look best with a wash once a year, usually after the spring pollen is done. A shaded side that grows mildew may need it more often. Concrete and decks depend on how much shade and foot traffic they get.
Should a deck or fence be washed before it is stained?
Yes. Stain will not soak into wood covered in dirt, mildew and gray dead fibers. We wash it, let it dry out, then stain it. We do both, so it can be one job.
